Our team is a powerful collaboration of business owners, entrepreneurs, trades professionals, CEOs, and industry leaders—all deeply committed to investing in youth at whatever level of support they truly need.
We bring real-world experience from building companies, launching ventures, mastering skilled trades, and leading teams. We mentor, open doors, share hard-earned lessons, and stay involved long after placement because we’ve seen how the right guidance can change a life forever.
This is more than a program—it’s a coalition of people who refuse to let the next generation stumble. We show up consistently until every young person we serve is stable, confident, and building a future they’re proud of.
Our History
T1 Career Development is built on more than 15 years of hands-on, real-world experience developing youth and young adults into confident, capable, purpose-driven people.
Since 2010, our founder and core team have been immersed in youth transformation—starting with small mentorship groups, summer intensives, leadership camps, and early workforce-readiness programs. Over the years we’ve evolved and refined our approach through trial, feedback, and results.
We’ve run:
- Multi-week discipline and character-building challenges
- Skill-stacking workshops for teens entering trades and service industries
- One-on-one coaching for young people overcoming self-sabotage and low confidence
- Early job-placement pipelines partnering with local businesses
- Entrepreneur pods where youth tested real business ideas
What began as passion projects grew into structured, measurable programs. We learned what actually works (high-touch mentorship, personalized training, relentless follow-up) and what doesn’t (one-and-done bootcamps, generic advice, no long-term support).
After placing hundreds of young people and tracking outcomes for years, we saw the same pattern: short-term wins fade without ongoing investment. That realization led to the creation of T1 Career Development in its current form—our most refined, results-proven model yet.
Today, with over 15 years of combined experience, 100+ youth placed, and a 95% retention rate after two years, we’ve distilled everything we’ve learned into a single, powerful ladder:

- Develop emotional strength to handle tough days without falling apart
- Gain real self-awareness so you understand who you are and what you’re capable of
- Create basic life and character habits that stick
You’ll get:
- 200–400 hours of guided personal development training
- Weekly mentor check-ins
- Personalized report cards so you (and your parents) see every step of progress
This phase lasts 3–6 months and is designed to move at your pace. When you finish, you’ll show up on time, follow through, and feel in control—ready to build real skills and direction.

You’ll invest 400–600 more hours (total around 800–1,000 hours of personalized training) over 6–12 months.
